Welcome to Paul Johnson Art NZ. By purchasing from our online store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Our Artwork

We sell reproductions of original artwork as unframed art prints in A4 and A3 sizes.

We make every effort to display our artwork accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

Payment must be completed through our secure Shopify checkout before an order is processed.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to contact customers if there is a problem with an order, including incorrect information or product availability.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within mainland New Zealand.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur with courier services.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging where possible.

5. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect products will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws.

6. Copyright

All artwork and images remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright owners.

Purchasing an art print does not grant permission to reproduce, copy, distribute or commercially use the artwork.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies available under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable laws.
